Brett is an experienced senior leader with a track record of delivering results in complex and challenging environments across a broad range of industries.
His sales and leadership philosophy is based on setting an outstanding example and developing and/or contributing to an exceptional culture as the foundation for delivering success. Brett believes in the science of selling and gaining complete buy-in to the organisational vision. His objective is to create an environment of no excuses; his leadership style is supportive and hands on; and he has an equal and genuine interest in formulating and executing strategy as he does in developing and coaching people.
In recent National, General Manager and Director roles Brett has held P&L and organisational responsibility to drive sales and deliver on strategic marketing plans. This has included planning, executing and managing change and organisational re-structure to optimise operational efficiency. His background of 20+ years includes local, national and international experience through retail at The Athletes Foot; global multinational and pharmaceutical organisation Pfizer Australia; large commodity import business Hi-Fert (now Impact Fertiliser); greenfield biotech Cell Care Australia; and most recently in a consulting capacity running his own business Critical Moments.
At Bluechiip, Brett is responsible for planning, controlling and managing sales, marketing and business development activities.
